I think we need to discuss the biggest contract in the history of sports that was just signed. Giancarlo Stanton stays with Miami for 13 years at $325 million. And he gets a 5 month paid vacation every year. Not too shabby. I thought we'd make a run at him, but no dice. The Marlins can keep enjoying last place, because they're only going to sign rookies and journeymen for the next 13 years.

If you've never played a minute of it, you should try it. I was never a gamer, and frankly don't consider myself to be one now, after 7 years on and off of playing the game. It runs on Macs, and it runs on most computers, you don't need a gaming rig to play it, so it worked for me. Word of caution- it can be a huge time suck, because you can log on and 6 hours later, you have no idea where the time went. There's a guilt factor, for me, and I know others, who prolly should have been doing something more productive with their time. But I admit it, I love the world they created. And I'll probably aways get the latest expansion just to see what they've done new. The game has changed, but like life, you can never go home again, as they day. That magic of our first weeks playing can never be replicated. Very easy to learn and play, and things are spelled out more clearly now than they were 7 years ago, in terms of how to meet your in game objectives.

Best wishes man, there is no easy choice. My grandmother had full blown Alzheimer's for about 16 years, most of which was in a care home. A local group could have some very good info on what homes to avoid, how to finesse the bureaucracy, etc.
