Met Police say they will be "ruthless" at pro-Palestine marches in London. Does a public demonstration of a pro-Palestine position warrant this type of bellicose pronouncement from police?

How hard, really, is it to correctly spell "Buendia"? The misspelling I usually see is "Beundia", which is annoying. Phonetically it would sound like "Boon-dia". But today I've seen someone spell it "Bundeia". Which would phonetically sound like "Bunn-day-uh".

Conceding a goal like that could actually be a good way for Emery to stay on top of the players and prevent complacency from creeping in as we look forward to two more games against sides we should beat.

That is some determination, Steero! I also thought at varying points that we should move on from Luiz, Watkins, Konsa, Bailey, Buendia, Digne and Mings. And not without some justification- at those points in time, their performances were inconsistent, and sometimes really awful. But that was under different managers than Emery, who is making them all better players. I've never been more happy to be proven "wrong".

I was thinking we'd finish above Chelsea and Spurs but Spurs are annoyingly good under Ange and without Kane being the focal point. Signing Maddison for 40m was great business. Bentancur back in the team now will be massive for them heading into the Christmas schedule. Maybe they'll hit a snag though. Hopefully they hit a snag.

Jesus, that's a horror run of games for Chelsea. I just don't think their players have it in them to get much out of those games.
