He's a step off the pace of the league. He's got talent, but seems to lack a bit a self belief. He's also a bit languid and sloppy. Makes me appreciate George Boateng all the more.

I've never heard anyone say this. I've heard "This needs fixing/cleaning, etc.", but not "This needs done." Might be a Southern thing if you've heard that before, dunno. One difference I find interesting is "Agreed a contract" versus "Agreed to a contract", and "I'm in hospital" versus "I'm in the hospital" I think I prefer the American "Agreed" and the British "Hospital"

Traore was an indulgent signing, and one that we really couldn't afford to make. He's one for the future most likely, not a relegation fight. We needed a sure thing, not a prospect, and 7m on a prospect seems irresponsible, IMO. Should've bought a striker instead.
