this is one of my all time favorite tunes. its got a complex rhythm, a stone cold bass line, a xylophone solo, a flute solo, exquisite guitar work, and classic 70's style falsetto vocals the stylistics oh yeah, and wind chimes, too

we've been starved of a direct line of communication with the board for years...tony and to a lesser extent keith are clearly keen on the project...look at the quality signings so far, and the promise of more...we should be ecstatic. that said, i do understand that some people are wary that he could go a bit overboard with his twitter feed. he seems really sincere though, so wtf. lets enjoy the ride.

not sure. his movements were very deliberate and he seemed lucid...i think he was just a head case. he didn't like me talking to his girlfriend who i didn't know was his girlfriend. very stupid situation.

i had some psycho pull a knife on me earlier. i was able to talk him down. scary streets out there.

i called a psychiatrists office when i first realized i needed help. he listened to my story and wrote me a script for clonazepam, just like that. i didn't get any guidance, or anything other than the meds. i get the feeling that in america we've reached critical mass in terms of medication being considered the silver bullet. it can help, and augment, but cognitive therapy in combination is the way to go, i think. problem is in the states is that millions of suffering people can't get the help they need for lack of cash. sorry state of affairs.

IMO, the good news is there is much less of a stigma now, for mental health issues, and seeking treatment for them. my experiences have taught me that you and i are just as crazy as the next guy, but he might hide it well, and good for him. i like people who are honest with their weaknesses, whatever they might be.

bicycling is my thing, cuz my joints can't handle running anymore. my life would be measurably worse if i didn't ride my bike. does wonders for feeling good mentally, as well as physically. i'm on sertraline too, and it works great, except its not easy reaching orgasm, which is not always a bad thing if you plan being superman for the night

do you take medication for depression...have you looked into other doctors...sorry, my shift key is ****, so i can't type question marks keep pushing on man. as shit as life can be, its a whole lot more interesting than the alternative. you've got good friends on here, i always remember that for myself whenever i feel socially unfulfilled in my day to day life. vt is a one stop shop for most of the things i like to talk about, we've really got a cool thing here. chin up kurt, i know that sounds flippant, but its still good advice

sounds like you have a good grip on things. i started sertraline 3 months ago, and it's definitely helped my anxiousness and general mood. much more outgoing lately, to the point where some people probably think i'm a maniac, lol...and maybe i am, who knows for sure never give up
