  1. Excellent post. Obama was a disgrace, but he got into politics as an earnest state senator with no foibles. What Trump, his lawyers and his stupid flunkies have been doing for the past 40 years is screw people over for a profit every chance they get. His sleaziness and treachery as president of the United States was always predictable, and is clearly obvious at this point. And whatever Obama is guilty of as president, he never conspired with one of our primary geopolitical foes to subvert the basic mechanisms of our system.
  2. I truly think he hasn't thought out the broader ramifications of his actions beyond how they directly effect his own personal interests.

    Cats...

She's lucky she had you as a friend @BOF Glad to hear she wasn't in distress. My last cat was 19 years old when he died, and I really regret not putting him down earlier, because he suffered the throes of death for about 36 hours, but I was blinded. I'll never make that mistake again. Amazing the bonds we form with the little creatures.
  4. A total solar eclipse is going happen across North America in August, first one since 1918!

If you let it out without supervision, it'll go wherever it wants. You could set up remote electro-schock parameters like people have for dogs, but then I'd have to find you and kill you.

    Cats...

It was 93F in Maine today (Thurs), and right now at 11PM, it about 79 and breezy. Just about the most beautiful night you could ask for. I've been letting the grey one outside lately, following him around and eventually scooping him up. Reggie the little prince is a little lion indoors, but outside he's timid. Whereas the grey one is timid indoors and a lion outside. Go figure. Anyways, I let both out tonight, and they were in heaven. I scooped up Reggie but the grey boy is still out there. I live in a very urban area, so I'm gonna have to go look for him, but it's worth the hassle seeing him dart around, so happy and free.
  8. The Washington Post has Ryan on tape last year admitting that the Russians were paying Trump. I can't wait for everything to come out, the whole lot of them should be behind bars.
  9. I think it's a bit more complicated than hair at this point.
  10. Great news, now watch WH staffers bail and lawyer up.
  11. Pence=Carte Blanche as well. Anything to speed up the whole End of Days thing Evangelicals are so obsessed with. Mossad cannot be too happy with Donny Loose Lips. So they liquidate that problem, pin it on the Palestinians, and then they'll truly have Carte Blanche. I know, I'm daydreaming.
  12. Mossad hit on Trump when he goes to Israel, just watch, and they'll blame it on Hamas
  13. Season 2 of Bloodline is ridiculous, but enjoyable. The actress who plays Meg is bonerific.
  14. If he had said "Grab em by the word removed", Clinton would be president.
  15. Insane Clown President
  16. NY Times saying it's Israel...
  17. Keep talking, Donny Boy.
  18. Sounds treasonous to me...I'm assuming the ally in question is Israel, who have regularly reported to their American counterparts that Trump is compromised. What a mess.
  19. Witness Intimidation- Confirmed Obstruction of Justice- Likely Treason- Possible An independent investigation with subpoena power should be able to determine whether or not he and/or his flunkies are guilty of obstruction and/or treason. This whole fiasco demands an obsessive amount of scrutiny, not business as usual by the only people who can initiate a proper investigation.
  20. This, in and of itself is a crime, amazingly admitted to by Trump himself.
  21. Right, so he didn't explicitly refute the story, he just said he wasn't aware of it. Sounds like a smart non-answer by a newly appointed acting FBI director caught up in the middle of a political shitstorm.
  22. I am unaware that the acting director explicitly refuted the story. But even if he did, it does very little to assuage the concerns of the public, The FBI, Democrats, and some members of the GOP that Trump and his staff are destroying the public trust in the integrity of the office.
  23. I see, so maybe they should just drop all inquiries into Trump's likely criminality and focus on what exactly? This is the biggest political scandal in Washington since Watergate, and you think the opposition is grandstanding? There is a madman in the White House, I think that takes precedence over some congressman's pet project back in his district.
