I was a veggie for 10 years until this past winter when I broke down and started eating pork. I've just gone back to veggie last week. I doubt I could be vegan, cheese is a vegetarian's savior. I also like cream in my morning coffee. A big change I've made is no added sugar. I was at a buffet type dinner at my cousins last week on Labor Day, lot's of people. My cousin made a lovely mac and cheese, with 5 types of cheese, it was delicious. My nephew declined and made boxed mac and cheese when he got home. He's about to turn 15 and does not eat pizza, pasta, meat, rice, most veggies, etc. Potatoes only if they are fries. The blandest diet I've ever seen. My sister defends it as "taste sensitivity...
