because I've been buying beer at wholesale prices, I've been drinking too much of it lately. I don't like the feeling of being intimidated by the prospect of slowing down. I average about 3 beers a night, every night so it could be much worse i suppose, but it's all relative.
Pilgrimage IPA, a collab between Banded Brewing in Maine and Vocation Brewing in Hebden Bridge, UK. Quite strong but you wouldn't know it. It's dank and cloudy and delicious.
Well, that was the ultimate back door victory. Had I played anyone else I'd have lost. Overall I'm content though, I drafted well and saw it over the line. Am I the first guy to do the VT double?
I enjoy this channel. Their main cat is a puma, then a few bobcat/lynx. Dunno how they got them, but they are well cared for. These people have a true love for the cats. I like the woman's voice and Messi the puma is an amazing cat.
Cow farts are piercing a hole in the sky, so now's a good time to cut out beef and limit dairy. Thew hurricane that hit the Carolinas flooded pig manure depots and pig shit was spread all over the area for miles. Absolutely disgusting and a real toxic health hazard. Industrial scale factory meat production is straight up gross and an environmental threat. Hopefully meat consumption will decrease with the constant alarm being sounded.
Not sure how I feel about the on demand thing. I didn't act soon enough to make a choice for the first one, and I was sort of annoyed by that and couldn't relax and watch much more than that. How is it?
Heading up to Newcastle (Maine) tonight for X-Mas eve revelry at my sister's. She always has a very informal party that is well attended. Lots of kids and plenty of booze and snack food. I'll crash on the sofa and we'll open presents on Tuesday morning followed by an early dinner. We decided to skip the traditional turkey and make cheese fondue instead. Can't wait.
Merry Christmas VillaTalkers
