If I were to buy a turntable and speakers, I get them used and limit my collection to my all time faves or rarities. I grew up with vinyl so it would be a nice return to the old ways.

I recently sold my CD collection of about 300 discs. Some real good ones too. I didn't get much money for them but I feel unshackled in a way. I was moving apartments with a massive CD tower in tow full of chipped and broken cases and scratched discs. I haven't listened to them in a few years and they are just going to continue to be obsolete, so **** it. I might buy a turntable at some point and start a new vinyl collection.

Of course I just flossed off half a tooth. The fracture runs up to the gum line. It doesn't hurt, but if I don't get it looked at while in isolation, I run the risk of infection or further loss of the tooth and nerve exposure. Being from the Land of the Free, I will be paying for the fix out of pocket. Money that I don't really have.
