I'll have to try this technique. Every time I attempt homemade, it turns into a gooey blob. My Italian forebears would be horrified.

I had some leftover pasta but no cheese. So I made a little cold sauce of peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and chili flakes. Tossed with the pasta and toasted sesame seeds. Oh yeah.

For a long time I thought Steely Dan were overproduced Yacht Rock. Well, they are, but I've recently "understood" the Dan. But I also just turned 50, which might explain something.
