Teenagers should not use cannabis, IMO. Their brains are still developing. It's dangerous and can trigger underlying potentialities like schizophrenia. I saw it happen to a good friend who lives with his parents to this day, aged 50. Really **** sad. I think like any substance, the key is moderation. If you can't moderate, you shouldn't use it, be it cannabis, alcohol, whatever.

2nd game of the season and it's a must-win. Atmosphere at VP should be excellent. Tottenham Stadium was electric on Sunday, I'd love to see that kind of energy at VP, but it's only Newcastle, so.. It'll be good to see Bailey play possibly the full 90. Eager to see Buendia bounce back. Will Targett stay benched? Will Cash sit? Will Ollie be back? How will we line up? So many questions...

I finally broke the cannabis spell I was under since the March 2020. I get to sleep at the same not too late hour every night now and I don't over think everything. It's a relief. Cannabis addiction is real. It feeds into compulsive behavior for people with addictive personalities.

Going to rewatch Midnight Run tonight. One of my all timers. Really snappy writing and good acting. A road movie with a brain. Also gonna watch this Val Kilmer documentary that gets good reviews,, even though I'm not much of a fan.

Ir just sell him back to Genk for 5m. Get him off the books. Sad that his injury torpedoed his Villa career, but maybe he can salvage his football career in a less demanding league with a club that has nurtured him before.

When I was a kid, my father built a runner cage along the fence in our yard for two rabbits. One night, a predator tunneled into the cage and tore them to shreds. The next morning I saw the fur and bones all over the yard.

Does our shirt deal with Cazoo expire after this season? And if so, who do people want to see on the shirt? Also, whoever it is, the logo should be yellow/gold. The W we had two years ago looked really nice.
