Interesting to see the EU flex it's muscles and make moves so quickly. China looking on with great interest. USA taking a bit of a back seat which I like, and the EU entering the stage as a super power in it's own right. Makes Brexit seem all the more costly to UK security and general influence in geopolitics. The elephant in the room might be a militarily reassertive Germany...
