I predicted Lampard would fall flat on his face. The players probably like Frank but don't respect him as a boss. He's probably already lost them. Confounding that a big club like Everton would entrust their PL survival to a guy who was fired from his boyhood club because he had a team of world class players badly underachieving. He hasn't done sh*t as a manager. The only thing he has going for him is the 3 games in hand. Watch him blow that, too.

Time to regularly play Sanson, Bailey, Traore, Buendia and the kids. Time to experiment with formations and tactics and make good use of the run up.

Gerrard too rigid in his selection and substitutions. That said, I thought it was an encouraging first half. Flat second half when the game was winnable. The Europe fantasy can be put to bed. We are not nearly that level.
