Ronaldo is insufferable but I think he's probably 100% correct about the inner workings of a floundering club. He's a prima Donna who deserved the suspension but I can also understand his general frustration there having played forvthem when they were still elite.

He basically trashes the club! Outdated facilities, technology, nutrition, etc. Inept people running the club. I also get the sense that ETH has a weakness about him. Man Utd is a club that needs a patriarchal type at the top and they just don't have that rudder in place.

I like that it's not another cookie cutter P.R. video. It's got heart. Including the community is a masterstroke. Really gives depth to the story.

I've paused the first episode twice now which is not a good sign. I think the proximity to recent history makes it tricky. I'm expecting to be disappointed.

The first season was really good! Great acting, great music, great cinematography, great writing. Two episodes into season 2 and it's not as good. But definitely watch season 1.

I started to continue watching The Night Of after quitting it 2 episodes in because it was so slow. But I'm on to episodes 5 now and I'm into it. I appreciate the slow pace more now.

Newsom has said over and over that he isn't running. Tell you what, the new Governor of Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro is a mighty impressive speaker. Forceful, articulate, passionate and unapologetic. He'll make a very interesting candidate for President some day. Biden has pretty solid political instincts but his age and performances in public are a liability. It's a conundrum for Dems. Stick or twist. DeSantis will make Biden look even worse. Newsom would meet him head on.
