Also, Im sure Emery wants players with a winning mentality. So im sure Torres has one. Can't be underestimated.

I view this potential signing as a clear upgrade on what we currently have at that position. He's also just 23, so he has sell-on value. He's well known by Emery and Alemany, he knows the Prem and can speak English. If Emery thinks Torres improves us and can be further developed as a player, that's good enough for me.

It's this, 100%, at least it should be, IMO. It's why I look at Man City fans and think how in their quiet moments of honest reflection they are confronted with the bare truth that their success is hollow and devoid of real authentic meaning and value, especially now that they know how corrupt they've been in achieving their success.
