    RL is an astute businessman, MON an astute manager. Do not expext huge signings next month, just a couple of solid professionals who will solidify Villas' league position. Uefa Cup quaification would be a big success. The real Villa revolution will take place over the course of the next 3 years, sl,owly building a team that can play in the Bernabeu, Olympic stadium, etc. enjoy the Villa getting better, but let it happen in due course. We are still a ways off

    I agree the shorts should be white. I also think the socks should be claret!!! And WTF is up with the yellow away strip? Disgraceful. Away strip should be white top, claret shorts, blue socks. The change strip should be all blue top, white shorts, red socks.

    I'm not convinced Baros is the guy Villa should be chasing---He's a bit of a pretty boy. I like Borgetti, the Mexican, whom Bolton have been unable to sign. He's tough, skilled, taller and better in the air than Phillips or Angel.
