I normally don't watch sitcoms, but "Parks and Recreation" is pretty funny, in particular the character Ron Swanson. It's derivative of The Office, but manages to be it's own thing.

I missed on a couple of spellings....but I did get Ulan Bator! meh it's spelt Ulaanbaatar I was there last month 8) actually spelling the capitals is the hardest bit i'd have got a lot more if it was just verbal Side issue but whilst Amsterdam is correct when i was at school we were always taught it was The Hague .. did i have a crap school or were others around my age (41) taught the same ? Well, it credited me with it with my spelling....it didn't help me out with Reyjyavik (?) though....

Ideally, any country's manager would be from their own country...but if there is a better manager available, you've got to get him, IMO. That said, I think plenty of good English managers have been passed over in recent years. -
