Encouraging signs today. We need to get 3 points against the likes of Reading etc., and we need to chisel down our -12 goal differential. Hopefully 2 or 3 new players in in January, and a climb up the table.

Vital point at home. That it came against Arsenal and was a clean sheet is even better. Hopefully the work rate shown today is a sign of things to come.
