True, I'm saying WW2 was more fascinating, but I'm saying so without a great breadth of knowledge of WW1. That said, WW2 is endlessly fascinating on so many levels, it defies belief.

Sadly overlooked due to WW2 and all the images we have of it. Not to mention the overall more fascinating aspects of WW2 in general. I'd like to learn much more about WW1, and plan to do more reading on it. As soon as I finish the 200 books on WW2 I'm meaning to read!

I did all the LFR on my hunter, so I've seen that content. I'm not a fan of LFR, because it's all nerfed, and I'm playing with strangers. I'd rather do guild runs, but my server is Horde dominated, and the Ally on it is mostly PVP. Looks like I'm gonna xfer my toons to a better balanced server with more PVE.

But if it all goes tits up from the off, he'll have hurt his reputation regardless of Tan. A better team with a less diabolical owner would have been the smarter move for him, IMO. He'll be under immense pressure straight away, rather than putting his stamp on a team in the summer, making his own signings, establishing team unity, etc. It's a risky move. People will be watching him to see how he handles the pressure, and if he can't, it hurts his standing as a manager.

I never saw him when he was a studio pundit, but I can see how he could come across like that. Even as a player, he had a kind of an aloof persona on the pitch. Maybe that's why he was basically bullied by so many players during his career.

Just leveled my monk to 90 last night. My profs are both 600. Nobody raids on my server anymore...I guess I'll just quit until the expansion. No need to grind heroics for gear I won't use in raids... Goodbye for now, Azeroth...

We've got Graeme Le Saux doing game commentary now on NBCSN, and he's pretty good. No nonsense, and no annoying accent. Not overeager to get a word in like so many other sidekicks. Not a huge fan of Arlo Whatshisface, but he's still better than any American announcer we used to suffer.

Wrong job for Ole. Maybe the worst possible job for him to wet his feet in Britain. I'd have waited until after the season, for the inevitable interest from more than just Cardiff. At the first sign of struggle, Tan will throw him under the bus too. But Ole doesn't seem as thick skinned as Mackay. He needs a job with a patient owner, not a Bond villain.
