Today I went to the bank. Then I went to the hardware store. Then I went to the grocery store. Then I went to the pharmacy. Then I came home and replaced the broken spray gun on my kitchen sink hose. Then I microwaved a slice of pizza. Been on the computer ever since, except for a quick trip to the toilet to urinate. I'm back now.

It took a while to find the plane from Rio to Paris that crashed in the Atlantic a few years back. And they knew where to look, but it still took several days, IIRC.

It's getting a bit late in the game to think that Hodgson has an open mind about Delph or anyone else he hasn't already penciled in to take to Brazil. It'll take an injury or two to see Delph in an England shirt, IMO.

def not the US , but I still can't really see it ... what state is going to pick a fight with China ? Most of China's neighbors resent their ascension and their bully tactics in the region. But enough to try something as foolish as sabotaging a plane full of citizens? Can't see it.

Crawford's production (or lack of) could define our season. He says he was never confident on the base paths last year but that is no longer the case. It's Kemp I'd worry about. Even LA must know now that Crawford is at best good for 15HR's and 25 SB. Shane Victorino numbers. -

No way, AC/DC are a thousand times more talented than KISS. Granted, a lot of their songs tend to sound alike, but they are legitimate rock and rollers, not some half assed gimmick like KISS.

I have such an irrational dislike of Kiss that when I was watching somebody on youtube yesterday I was thinking, ooh he's quite good, then he moved slightly and revealed a Kiss poster on his wall behind him. I instantly decided he was actually a bit shit and I flicked onto the next vid. I'd say your dislike of KISS seems entirely rational

No good reason to move, then. Qwest Field is IMO the best stadium in the US. And the Sounders are popular enough that eventually they could fill the place for big playoff games. Meanwhile, the Revolution continue to stagnate in Foxboro. What a waste. A 20K seater in Somerville or Revere would sell out every match.
