Mr. Mooney- An Army at Dawn is fantastic, btw....I'm learning all kinds of interesting things, like the botched attack on the port of Oran by an Anglo-American operation. Total calamity. I also didn't know how fierce the Vichy forces fought against us... The book is really well written too. Some great insights into the personalities and smaller clandestine activities involved in Operation TORCH. If you're looking for a good early summer read, I'd suggest this one.

Moved to the bullpen, but Farnsworth still got the save chance. I think it'll be Mejia's job soon though... Jose Fernandez out for the year with Tommy John surgery. Total epidemic lately. This injury has to be traced to a specific arm motion that some of these pitchers use...why it hasn't been identified by now is baffling. Huge investments being shut down for 12 months, and it just keeps happening. Mad. -
I like her less and less lately (sorry, 1991). She's power hungry, and acts like a spoiled bitch. I dislike every character who is vying for power, actually.

It didn't sound like it was MLS to me. It's most likely a (former) fellow NFL owner that Lerner knows personally. Kwan says the organization is run well, but haven't had much success. Could be several NFL teams. But the Villa preseason in Texas thing has me thinking it's Bob McNair from the Houston Texans...

18 years old, named to the England squad for the World Cup, and is looking likely to be scooped up by Manchester United for a small fortune. I've not seen him play, is he really this good, or is the hype machine in overdrive?
