Not unquestionable faith. Nobody is suggesting that because that is ridiculous. That is just a straw man argument you've created. You should give him the benefit of the doubt. If plays poorly then I'm sure he'll be criticised but I really can't see why you have a problem with being supportive of a (nearly free) signing made by a manager who more often than not makes good ones.

And he has also proven that he can make poor signings as well. But seeing as his transfer record overall has been very good then I think the objective appraisal of backing him without any other knowledge would be describing it as giving him the benefit of the doubt rather than blind faith.

Ideally Carson's trial will drag on for years. I don't know shit about Hong Kong's legal system but hopefully there are about 9 higher levels all of which get appealed to. That way trading their shares will be suspended until they've sold any players/staff of worth and they've suffered another relegation or two.

I think the problem is that he needs to assess his squad in preseason before he knows what he needs to add. As soon as he realises every last one of them has been uncoached to the point of shitness then hopefully he bids. I can't really think of anyone else who would be interested.

Don't think they would've allowed it as such, more that they're not allowed to have their logo on kids' jerseys regardless. So if we didn't have Acorns on them it'd be blank anyway Last two seasons they've been blank and they would almost definitely have the power to veto anything being put on the kids shirts. Credit where credit is due and all that.
