I've only seen Eto'o in the EL since he left Inter and he didn't look near what he was at Barca but that's probably more to do with the team than his individual capability. I'm sure Chelsea have more than enough creativity to help him find form though, the only question is how much game time he'll get. 20 goals is realistic if he plays 90 minutes every week. In a rotation he'd struggle to get there I think.

However good he was he never got anywhere near his potential or anywhere near being good value. Houllier's treatment of him didn't help but nutcase or not he's a **** grown man and he only has himself to blame for his performances. Compared to Bent and Hutton, he seems like he doesn't want to play any more, which is sort of a shame but he won't be **** missed when he's gone.

He's miles and miles better on the ball. Light years. I know he hasn't exactly taken the League by storm but he seems to be getting more consistent and improving so I remain hopeful he'll properly come good.

Right thread at least. Shouldn't piss you off because its correct Commentators only ever want to pronounce the glamour languages, like Italian or Portuguese, authentically though; you never hear them affecting Chinese or Indian accents when referring to players from those places. FWIW they (almost) all butcher Portuguese as well.
