  1. He'll just use like most other people do, off season. All of the extra training he's been able to do while on TRT can't be taken away. This is only applicable in Nevada as well at the minute. He might just get a title shot somewhere else. Either way this takes a small amount of performance off one fighter at MW IMO. I'd say there are 3, maybe 4 middleweights in the top 15 p4p. That leaves MW more competitive than everything except LW, FW and BW. Edit: WW is pretty stacked too.
  2. He's only not allowed to juice during his camp. He can still roid himself into an enlarged heart the rest of the year. Belfort without TRT is The one who crushed Martin, Lindland and Franklin. He's only slightly worse than TRT Victor and he's only pulled out of the fight because he's got to completely reschedule his cycles. The rest of the division has a former LHW champ now in his natural weight class, the most athleticly gifted ADCC champ ever and the greatest fighter of all time making a seemingly impossibly quick recovery.
  3. Poor division? Based purely on Vitor not being allowed to juice during his training camp?
  4. Do you have to give your email address to get your results on that site? Free usually means that your details are what they're after. My internet IQ was absurd too, last time I checked.
  5. do you have this copied and pasted for this thread? Hurt durr Lamberk.
  6. No more Jungle Vitor. He's got a new haircut that makes the mohawk mullet look sensible.
  7. Ah I see. He is very limited really, in terms of MMA. Physically, he's not quick, he's not strong, he has no KO power, he's got relatively short arms and legs and he never looks in good shape. Outside of heavyweight he's probably the least athletic guy in the UFC. Technically, he's got no kicking game at all, his boxing is rudimentary and his head movement is not very good. The only reason he's in there is his incredibly precise Jiu Jitsu. His game relies on trapping and tricking though, so his opponents can prepare for him and reduce his chances massively.
  8. He was made to look very limited after that 1st round take down. Rory or Maia?
  9. Shame Maia couldn't finish in round 1.
  10. 2 seconds of pleasure with 10 minutes of regret? Basically how every woman who has ever had sex with any man that posts on here feels after....hahahahaha. Losers! No exclamation marks in the boring thread please. Also no hahahahahaing. My battery seems to be draining quicker that usual today.
  11. I took two a week to start with and I passed 3 and a half months after my 17th birthday. Mind you it was my 3rd test. Two hours a week isn't excessive when you're learning a skill. In fact for most things that would be considered insufficient for decent progress. Luckily, driving a car is pretty simple so that should be plenty. Edit - I dropped to one per week after my first test as I was good enough to pass I just needed to keep it fresh in my mind.
  12. Don't drive as quickly as possible, that's dangerous. trollface.jpg On the serious, I think lessons with an attentive instructor are best for test passing purposes. Going out with siblings / parents is probably good for confidence but the quality control won't be up to scratch. A good instructor should pick you up on stuff you're doing that will stop you from passing. Edit - Beaten to the joke, badly.
  13. Coloccini, Tiote and Remy all set to return against us. We could have done without that really.
  14. I thought I was the word removed who fell for it. The self congratulatory wank is a solid post workout option rather than an alternative as I naïvely suggested.
  15. examine.com is a useful resource for this stuff. Masses of research is linked. Required protein varies depending on current lean mass, activity level and goal I think.
  16. Yeah supplements are extrinsic. They're for optimisation rather than the basis of your diet. I agree with Steve (Mr. Benson) about protein though, I'll be damned if you can consume enough protein through food sources. PS - Coffee is a supplement IMO.
  17. IMV if you're bothered about preservatives and artificial ingredients then you want Reflex Natural Whey, if you're not then MyProtein is your best bet. I have no experience of isatc.
  18. It depends. I think BCAAs are pretty much essential for maintaining muscle mass if you're running at a calorific deficit.
  19. Yeah I'm a supplement hipster. Most of them are recommendations from people knowledgeable about those kinds of things.
  20. I use beta alanine as a pre workout and Ultra muscleze (basically just magnesium) as a post workout. Also creatine mono, glucosamine, udo's oil and some random other shit when I feel like it.
  21. Is the second sentence a critique or a suggestion for an alternative?
  22. He's been there for ages. How long does work experience last these days?
  23. Crossfit is fitness franchised for maximum profit. Because they're franchises the quality varies but the quality control is nearly nonexistent, which is why there's the infamous videos where the xfitters seem to have a death wish. The "my warmup is harder than your workout" schtick, posting of workouts on Facebook, "fran" times resulting in competitive exercising and massive plates that look heavy but weigh very little make for a narcissists dream, but that's not the only people who are attracted to it. That's just the ones who tell you about it incessantly. BroScience called it perfectly, they're fitness gypsies.
  24. What is the alternative to using numbers? Do you just lift the heaviest thing you can find above your head and squat until the sun sets? Edit - If that is the case then you probably can outsquat me.
