Very entertaining title fight. Hendricks got the title he deserved last time out. And despite Rogan's constant criticism, I thought Lombard dominated Shields very impressively. 100% takedown success and 100% takedown defence. He deserves the next shot over Rory IMO, Rory is on a 1 fight win streak and should fight Woodley for the next shot after that.

Yeah that's more my fault than yours, as you correctly pointed out large scale was a poor choice of phrase. Industrial scale maybe would have been better. I only used the phrase pipe dream because Stefan did. I probably couldn't define it anyway. Hollow, cylindrical nighttime experience? Fnarr. I don't really know enough to disagree with your prediction. Sounds promising.

Large scale nuclear fusion with a net energy gain is a pipe dream. Muon based fusion is fairly easily reproduced on a small scale but only at a net energy loss. Your "pipe dream" happened last year at the NIF. I don't think it did. "Large scale" is what I wrote. That would require it to reach ignition and AFAIK they aren't exactly on the brink of that.

I don't know what they've based that study on Nigel. According to Snickers website each 52g bar has 27g of sugar and only 5g of protein which makes it about as nutritionally useful as licking clean a display shelf in Greggs. Meal replacement is a misnomer for nutritional supplements, they are to supplement your meal intake so you hit your macros if you aren't able to do that with real food.

They're not as good as real food but are better than no food assuming they fit your macros. Just make sure there is more protein than fat and carbs put together and its less than 5% sugar otherwise you might as well eat chocolate bars.

The insoles in a pair of my shoes have worn unevenly (as in unsymmetrically relative to each other). I'm not to bothered though as they were pretty cheap.

Glover is an interesting one. My main worry is that the brain crushingly stupid training they seem to do at the Pit has made him chinny. He got rocked by Maldonado and Bader whereas 5 years ago he'd have eaten them shots for breakfast.

Its in Jones' interest to fight as few legitimate contenders as possible. For some reason people (including whoever does the UFC rankings) think he's #1 p4p and his sponsors will be fairly insistent he stays there. Also he knows that DC matches up well with Gus and handing Gus a loss at this point would buy him a few fights in a sparse division before a rematch.

I was just about to post something similar. The transfer fees for various players were made out to much lower than they actually were, so I assume the wages have been, too. We got rid of Collins, Cuellar, Heskey and eventually Warnock and signed about 10 players (one of which was Holman on a Bosman). I'm not sure what those four were earning though so I'm not sure if this helps at all.
