  1. When Sherwood arrived he inherited a squad that had played 25 games, had 22 points and had scored 12 goals Damn, I almost forgot but things were actually this bad. 25 games and 22 points. With that reckoning Tim will have 28 games with 16pts. Sack this moron before its to late. May aswell end the season now. GG united and LVG, you won the league. LOLChelsea this season, only managed to get 43.428571 points. Looks like the last game or two saved them from relegation
  2. Like what? 7 games into a season with new players isn't long enough Has someone rightly already pointed out, having a team of new players is reason enough in itself for us to get rid. Whilst they're bedding in we need someone who knows what he's doing not someone who's learning the ropes, It's such a shame to have a signed all these exciting players but not have a decent manager to coach them. this has to go down as one of the strangest reasons to sack a manager after 7 games who bought these players in, what did you honestly think should have happened in the summer if you believe this?? for him to sign nobody? Imagine if the board said to him at start of summer "if you dont have more than 4 points after the first 7 games with all these new signings, regardless if theyre injured or not, you're sacked". Our fan base would be hurling shit at fox/lerner if that was the case. sorry mate but it isnt a reason itself for somebody to get sacked at this stage
  3. when you have rudy who cant press because of his incredibly slow pace. The defenders are going to be running into our half quite a bit with the ball unchallenged skrtl with the ball > players OOP allowing their midfield to get on the ball
  4. A perfect line up wouldn't of had Lescott in it as he has shown he is dog shit and well past it, can't run, can't read the game, he is terrible and proved it to Sherwood with his performances for us so far but Sherwood persists with dog shit and expects a different out come...... yup, and then we play the other defender who makes a ton of mistakes also and then sherwood gets shouted out for starting clark when he makes his mistake. Both are as bad as each other and both make a ton of mistakes.
  5. its atthe point where i dont even care if newcastle win. Kind of want them to, to provide chelsealols. If we go down its because we deserved to go down. Getting bored of staying up just because the other teams have somehow been worse than us for then the next season to be the exact same.
  6. why would losing to arsenal (it looked a great game, was end to end, they had quite a few chances) make them "done" or change their style? This style has beat: sunderland, villa, westham (cup), west ham (league). Theyve drew against: Tottenham, Stoke, bournemouth. Dont think theyre changing their style anytime soon, nor should they. Didn't say anything about them changing their style. I was saying that their style of play requires 100% confidence and getting smashed will start to dent that and in turn they won't be as fully committed or confident in their approach. It happens to most teams. Oh sorry, today i learn what tentative actually means :D! Still think their confidence is going to be sky high still, they created a lot today and they played against a top 4 team where they were expected to lose. First loss of the season. LOLchelsea. Fk off Mou.
  7. Lineup today was close to perfect .(only ayew or sinclair could be debated imo, both have been shite in the prem so i dont care which one). Fine with starting tactics of trying to contain liverpool a bit and CA. (also fine playing that style after the first goal, which sherwood cant be blamed for, we would have got destroyed if we suddenly went pretty attacking imo). Thought we should of pressed a bit higher and be more attacking towards end of the the first half and throughout the second half though. Always thought he was a cock, that interview is a joke but its far too early to get him the sack. Probably give him until christmas too be honest. Just hope injuries/fitness go our way so we can get the actual first 11 out.

  9. You mean "we know, he knows, they know" because it fits with your opinion? Just state your opinion, dont try make it sound like you know what others think when you clearly dont.
  10. Pass the ball sometimes please. Some super easy pass and go's he had but decided to take on the whole team. His dribbling is awesome but if its all hes going to do, hes going to struggle in the prem. Need to mix it up
  11. How? The guy has been wank everytime hes played in the prem. Hes played 45 mins well against a championship side, thats it.
  12. Arsenal game is great if anybody wants to watch something entertaining with this shit on the side. 2-1 arsenal and its just end to end
  13. I just find it funny now. dont even get annoyed or anything. bring on championship. (or we still going to finish 8th?)
  14. Who would you bench for gil? if youre playing 3 in midfield with rudy at top, having gil and grealish in there is horrible for team balance. Plop may aswell just put cb's on half way line the whole game and squeeze us as there is not one player who can run behind. Becomes super easy to defend. (fwiw i hate sinclair, prefer him to gil or grealish if were playing rudy and 3mids) It wasnt a mistake to take him off, he was injured
  15. Sturridge and ings at front. Coutinho behind. 4-0 liverpool i think
  16. Chip through balls needs patchingDefenders who are "locked" into running a certain direction when you change to them needs patching (seems to happen mostly on fullbacks, they just run up and when you change to them you cant get them to fall back for a few seconds AI giving away pens need patching (Also giving pens when you havent pressed a button) Guzan not being able to take a penalty also needs patching AI striker runs need patching. they are awful Theyre my only complaints so far Pretty minor things apart from defender locked runs and pens
  17. It's not a case of disliking the manager - he just does himself no favours. The changes worked, and he deserves credit for that, but this wasn't a good game. The first half was woeful, to come out after the game and essentially say "yeah, that was the plan" is ludicrous. i dont think ive ever seen a team setup intentionally to play two complete oppisate play style and that it was always the plan to switch at HT. Usually teams play more defensive at certain times of the game and then later become more creative/expressive (is expressive the right word to use there?) but the style of play generally stays similar, not be complete oppisate. It seems pretty idiotic from a theory POV for that to the plan.
  18. apart from defending. I think the skill of defending is taken out massively on this game. AI does so much of it. Im guessing a lot will prefer that given how the average fifa player couldnt defend at all
  19. I don't really get why you wouldn't give him credit Go read all the posts again^. The answer is there
  20. no, it really doesnt. Stop making it f'n binary. Im somewhere down the middle with sherwood and think its entirely too early to be pro/anti sherwood. Me not giving him credit for a decision which a 10 year old could do doesnt make someone anti/pro and think its laughable you think that. That sub changes absolutely nothing in my opinion on sherwood, and guess what, im still down the middle with him. It hardly seems down the middle to openly admit that if we'd lost you'd have hammered him and admit that you give him no credit for us winning. If you say it is though then that's up to you. i would have hammered him because the first half setup wasnt good enough. If he carried on that setup and we won, i would have hammered him still (just as if we lost). If he setup like he did in the second half throughout the game and we lost, i wouldnt have hammered him what so ever and give him credit for the setup/tactics. (ive always been a massive believer of looking at final fulltime result as to whether tactics/players/formation is good as a retarded way to judge things) I said i dont give him credit for the subs. Nothing to do with final result.
  21. no, it really doesnt. Stop making it f'n binary. Im somewhere down the middle with sherwood and think its entirely too early to be pro/anti sherwood. 22. And if we'd lost you'd have slaughtered him. At least you're consistent. yes. i would have. Because he set us up awful in the first half and we was terrible. Fail to see the point of your comment lol. So if we lose he gets slagged off and now that we won, due to the changes he made, he gets no credit? I can see your very anti sherwood point of view. haha. yes thats make me anti-sherwood because he made a change which everybody in the world could see and im not going to give him credit for it as i believe the change was close to the easiest managerial decision any manager could ever have in the world.
  23. Debatable. Gestede scored and Ayew helped change the game. What's up for debate? Ill follow the trend of your original point. Gestede touch of the rapist showed tonight why he might not be worth persisting with Gestede previous shit performance in the prem showed why he might not be worth persisting with. Ayew previous shit prem performances showed why he might not be worth persisting with. Kozak games pre-season against lower opposition (similar to gestede/ayew in this game) shows why he might be worth trying out. Its just a weird thread to post your original comment in. Somehow 45 mins against lower opposition is good enough for one player in the prem and for it to be a reason why kozak shouldnt start but previous prem games and good pre season isnt good enough for kozak Posted it in this thread as some were ready to send two brand new signings to the bench in favour of Kozak. You really think a few games with a new team and at a whole new level show they might not be worth persisting with? That's absolutely ridiculous. Both players have the potential to have a big impact on our season, Kozak doesn't. We've invested in both players and both are going to get the chance to continue to improve on good performances tonight. No i dont think a few games is enough. Thats the whole point. Im not trying to use short sample sizes like you are with this one performance with ayew/gestede as to why kozak should never be in the team. (weird you say its redic but you dont give the same treatment for kozak whos only played 14 games for us).
