Erm...If you're saying that he has the potential of being a world class goalscorer, then that would make him a world class striker. That's what strikers tend to do, purely to score goals. That's what it's based on. It seems you're expecting him to be a forward when he isn't anything of the sort. Bent has been vastly underrated over the years. Spurs didn't give him a chance and the other clubs he's been to were not established Premier League clubs. Now he's at Villa, he'll get given the chance in Euros 2012 I'm sure of it. For a player who's saved us from relegation, you sure love to continue to pick faults with him when his job is purely to score goals.

Forced Alonso out (your best player by far imo) and replaced him with Aquilani who hasn't worked out in your club at all. I don't trust his judgement in the market. No. If we're going to stick with Houllier the board need to be 100% sure of this and stick with his throughout the season. see I'm a pro GH type, and I disagree with you here, I support GH being given the opportunity of a full pre-season to institute his changes, and after then if its not working, ( about Nov / Dec, ) then make a change. There would be no excuses left, and we would have provided ample support. Then we would be in another transitional season with possibly another relegation battle and the cycle continues. Do we really wanna take the risk of sitting through another season like this? It would look mighty bad in the club to have it happen 2 years in a row. GH hasn't really made an impact and I would rather managers make them straight away. We can't afford to take the risk of slipping out of the Premier League because it's very hard to bounce back up when you have to sell your best players just to survive in the championship.

Dzeko doesn't appear to be good in the English game. He's slow as hell and loses track of the ball easily. The only player who came close to Bent in value for money is Suarez. Brilliant player. Just imagine if we had both in our squad. We would be scoring goals for fun.

I think the Arsenal result will attract good managers. We have the quality. All what's required is fixing the cracks and expanding our quality. With the right management, we can easily push back to top 6 and maybe further.

If the board can't see that getting rid of GM is the ideal move for the sake of next season, then they deserve to get finanically hit if we go down.
