I only had a bit on Hughes so that is basically gone now. He won't be manager. I lose the same amount of money if we appoint Coyle or Martinez. I want one of them now, I'm praying for one. You still haven't explained why you hate him so much.

The problem with Coyle is he lost the plot at the end and got thrashed by Stoke 5-0. No thanks. He has to prove his worth at Bolton better before even taking him seriously.

Well if Rafa has stated what transfer budget he would like then it's safe to say he will not be getting the job I can,t imagine Randy would appoint Rafa, he wouldn't do that to us. You can't appoint a manager that so many people despise. I didn't hate Houllier by do detest to my utter core Rafa Benitez. Randy won't do that to us. Far-fetched. What's wrong with him?

Another MM post. I take it by Bent meltdown he means an unexpected hiring that will get everyone excited. A 'Bent meltdown' would require Louis van Gaal or Carlo Ancelotti.

I can't even be bothered to take the odds seriously now. At one stage, I'm sure Hughes was at 1/20. No one really has a clue. If anyone wants to make money, seriously go to the Betfair market. Place a bet on any manager who you think odds will drop down (currently Rafa), lay the sucker for a no lose fee once the odds have dropped, wait until the odds go back up and trade out equal amounts. I've been doing this since Thursday and I'm currently £180 everywhere, apart from Hughes (£220) and Carlo (£85).

Why has Steve McLaren odds shot up over 20/1 on Betfair. Have I missed something?

How come you didn't use Betfair? It's the easiest money to make on there. Odds kept going up and down up and down with Hughes. I'm already quids in no matter who the manager is.

You're probably right, but I think people are clutching at straw with regards to McClaren too. I don't know about that. To be honest, Carlo was always out of our league. Steve seems to be the more realistic candidate. I'm sure I read somewhere that Randy actually favours him. There's also the fact that the board may refuse to listen to the fans and stick with their decision like they did with Houllier.

I'm not sure whether you are joking or not but we have been liked with Sanchez Flores.. Indeed. I couldn't care less who we were linked with. It's who we actually get that matters. That's funny cos you seemed to be over excited when we were being strongly linked with Ancelotti.
