Albion closely followed by Wolves. Both big clubs and Wolves probably have a slightly bigger fan base but Albion have been in the prem more recently and have a better squad. Albion just seem slightly more classy as well. Then Blues, then Cov. Blues have just never been successful enough and don't really have a much bigger support than the more successful Wolves and Albion.

I'd contest that. Around where I sit, neary everyone has a Brummy accent, and I speak to a lot of people at gesm I haven't met before, and I've never come across one from outside the West Midlands. I'd say its more like 25%. A survey last year showed that the club with the highest percentage of fans living further than an hour from the ground was indeed Man Utd. Second was Southampton at, you've guessed it 40%. Villa did not merit a mention. Mate do you know where I can find this survey? Cheers.

If we win tonight, we'll go 11th, which, in April, is defiantely better than last season. Of course though, if we don't win w'll be in teh same position as this time last year, in which case were no better. I believe we're better, its just not come across cus of teh crap few months we've had.

I hate Blues- not that theres many in North Birmingham but the ones that are here are rocket polishers. I think theres not many Blues fans in the city- they're more in Solihull (I'll admint East Brum is defiantely Blue as well). I think if you're Villa in West Birmingham or the Black Country, you're likely to hate Albion quite a bit, but I doubt many Villa hate Wolves- they're too far away. Same as Coventry- Who the **** are they, but they hate us with a passion.

I live in Sutton Coldfield, one of the 'hotbeds' of Villa support. JD Sports (I think) in the Gracechurch centre, opposite Beatties, only sell Liverpool, Scum(Man Utd, for the benefit of the General) and Arsenal shirts. Before south east Asia, USA, London and Chester the home turf needs to be hit first. I would suggest strengthening the base, then building on that. Damn right. Sutton I'd say is the biggest villa supporting area out of everywhere, and to see that is just crap. All this stuff about getting other countries and areas involved is rubbish- this city has many villa supporters, enough to fill Villa Park, they just need a little persuasion to go.

There's better ways to get revenue than pinching from the fans every year. Most club's revenue is from the fans- gate reciepts, merchandise etc. Without the fans, there'd be no money in football.
