What a clearing in the woods... I mean seriously. Why would anyone buy that **** ugly thing.
  2. Fair play. Now if you'd only have done that on say the 26th of October you may have found the reactions you recieved on here to be far more positive. Whoever is doing your PR tell them to stop. Also..... a long overdue mention for Nicky Keye.
  3. If I could sort out a decent middle east based VPN I would be sorted. I herd the BT boss saying this will make it nore affordable than Sky I'm interested to see how that will work out.Give it to BT they have gone balls deep into this and they do have a lot of Football now but I wonder how the will recoup the money paid and will they have infrastructure to show CL they way Sky currently do ? You've missed the point. This isn't about recouping money or making more. Its an investment to protect profits at there current levels. Its to stop BT customers defecting to Sky/Virgin for their phone/internet services. BTs turnover is absolutely huge. Its sometimes like 3 times that of BSkyB. If BT really wanted to squash Sky they could...they'll have no quarms over losing a few hundred million quid with BTSport is they protect their multi-billion £ turnover on phone/broadband services.
  4. I want to move to Sweden and have loads of sex based purely on the fact that the place is stuffed full of nubile blonds and saunas. I like casual stereotyping.

    Do you read?

Not likely at all. Crows was 3 years later than planned....... he also doesn't commit himself totally to the series... he has loads of other side projects and interests which will slow the pace of writing down. There is no way a) he will deliever the novel for release in 2014 and the series will end with just 2 further novels.

    Do you read?

Nice one, will check that out. I can't imagine a life without being immersed in that world now. Estimates for Winds of Winter was 3 years assuming 500 pages a year of completed manuscript. According to Wiki he as several chapters written already.
  10. I'd like to know what ANY Council regardless of political affiliation are supposed to do instead. My lot have frozen Council Tax for 3 years despite the need to make saving of over £500m during the same period with a further £270m saving needed over the next few years. The cash insentive not to increase is the equivilent of pissing in the wind
  11. The evidence from Grangemouth is pretty clear that the opposite of this rather rosy view is true. If Unite feel the best way to protect the rights and welfare of their workers is to create a situation where EVERYONE loses their jobs as opposed to a few I'd hate to see what they'd get up to if they weren't all that fussed.
  12. Something else we can agree on Drat. The list is growing.
  13. I want to know what the bastards are going to do about this..... http://www.kentonline.co.uk/kentonline/news/vacuum-cleaners-8396/ Vacuum cleaners are at the centre of an unlikely political dust-up after complaints about European Union rules that will force manufacturers to make less powerful motors. The move has been condemned by Kent MEP and UKIP party leader Nigel Farage, who has been swift to attack Brussels bureaucrats for "meddling" in the issue. The so-called "eco-regulations" will mean from next September new machines will be banned from having motors exceeding 1,600W and from 2017, the limit will be 900W. Currently, most vacuum cleaners have motors of between 1,800W 2,200W Mr Farage, who lives in Sevenoaks, said: "This latest EU wheeze will make it more difficult for ordinary people to clean their carpets and for those with allergies and pets it will create an additional problem. "With 26 million people unemployed in the EU, many because of the financial crisis encouraged by a one-size-fits-all Euro currency, it really is time to tell these meddling people to go away." But the EU Commission has hit back and sought to dispel fears that less power did not equate to less efficiency. "The regulation is not so much about banning high powered vacuum cleaners as encouraging high performance, energy efficient, dust-busting technology," a spokesman said. UKIP leader Nigel Farage on a visit to Dover And it claimed the energy saved by limiting the powers of vacuum cleaners would be enough to keep London Underground running for 20 years. That has failed to impress the man who re-invented the vacuum cleaner, Sir James Dyson. He has gone to court to challenge the rules, arguing they discriminate against his company's bagless vacuum cleaners.
  14. IS this so Lambert can play 5 upfront when we are losing?
  15. Ah yes, in the Summer you can hear the cattle grazing in the fields, the distant sound of leather on willow, feeling content. That's really nice, but whenever I think about moving back to the midlands I remember how gentle the countryside is. It's rather tame compared to the ruggedness of Yorkshiremen, and I think I'd miss the hills and the relative emptiness I'd feel in my sphincter. .
  16. Cracking appointment for MON if it happens.
  17. International management is what MON was born to do. Give him a reasonable standard of player and he'll convince them they're world beaters and they will massively over achieve. Over a a month long tournament he won't have to manage fatige and he doens't have to worry about buying players which removes two of his worse flaws in a single stroke. Yes he's a notorious word removed but Id have him managing England over Woy anyday of the week.
  18. Oh that's what it was , I just assumed it was Rob ME smells like Rob? Paging Brumerican...........
  19. Further objections from me based on the blatant hijacking by Gilette for commercial gain.
  20. Me? Again depends who? At work it happens all the time behind my back. If it bothered me I'd spend my life chasing people to make them happy and nothing would get done. Ever. Family and friends would be a different matter.
  21. Difficult to respond to a yes/no answer here. Do I care what my friends and family think of me - yes absolutely. Do I care what you lot think about me - no not really in all honesty. As Tony said the internet allows a certain amount of "acting out." I like some of you more than others but I'm not going to be heartbroken if you don't lile me. Do I care what my team at work thinks about me? hmmm depends. If they do it makes life easier - if they dont thats fine. I'm happy to be the worlds greatest rocket polisher or their best buddy as long as they do what I want them to when I want it done.

Has anyone NOT shagged Rebecca Brookes?
  23. Nope. If people want to support cancer charities of any flavour they should - there are 11 other months where people do amazing things for these charities. A bunch of fashionable/alternative rocket polishers failing to shave for 30 days with very little evidence of fundraising going on? Not for me thanks no.
