  6. Point of order but the thread title begs to differ.
  7. Always goes to the keeper's left on a pen. Sussed already. Cov will probably get a couple of hundred £k in compo for him when the big teams come sniffing.
  8. That is both ridiculous and brilliant
  9. Congratulations mate. Pain is relative. Mrs E pushed out both kiddies on gas and air and a TENS machine. Number 2 pretty much fell out in under 30mins. Even she would say she doesn't know what most of them are whinging about.
  10. "Thank you for emailing the IT Service Desk This request will not be processed until you email the IT Service Desk directly. Please resend this email to IT Service Desk" Bellends. Useless utter **** bellends.
  11. Swansea QPR Everton West Ham Burnley All "winnable" to be fair, given Everton's form all season and West Ham's current form. I'd say Swansea is the toughest. We're out the relagation zone and i think we'll get 8-9 points from those They do look winnable or at the least not games we should lose. Of course the unknown now is coming up against teams with little to play for.You will see alot of unlikely results from here on in. QPR is a must win. The classic 6 pointer. I'm hoping we'd be safe before Burnley but that could easily be a relegation play off. We should also be targeting Everton and Bony-less Swansea. Big Sam will have our number though. 8 points would put us on 33 so we'd still need an away win or two. I feel better about our chances thanks to last night but it is still very much squeaky bum time,
  12. From when? The '60s? The "West Ham Way" is as big a myth as the bollocks about them winning the World Cup.
  13. I love it when defence solicitors come up with stuff like that. The "Arnold Rimmer" defence. "My client is such a massive prick that........" I saw some wonderful character assassinations in Mag's Court where defendents clearly didn't understanding the kicking they were getting from their own side.
  14. What impressed me most about Sherwood last night was his treatment of Benteke after the game - so similar to MON with Ashley Young after the Everton game and the "you're a genius" stuff. Benteke needs a confidence boost and that will only help him. I like style too, I'd rather the press spoke about Sherwood than the team. All a but Jose.
  15. Myhill is Villa trained...... think Foster was bad..... Agent Myhill is simply waiting to strike
  16. If I can have wifi solely for the purpose of battle.net I could actually get good at SC2 rather than my current golf ball through a garden hose level of suckage.
  17. I'm a bit jealous of him tbh. We've all wanted to cock punch Berahino. He found a way not only to do it - but using football boots and escape punsihment free. Lovely.
  18. Very much more than decent, Stevo. I'm a mid-twenties graduate living in London and not only am I not on anything close to that salary, I don't know too many other people who are either. Maybe if you work in finance or another very corporate position you might be on £35k by your mid twenties, but I can say with reasonable confidence that young people in most walks of life certainly aren't.Yeah that might be a bit high. Should probably be 25-30. BUt like I said, everybody's perception of decent will be different. 32 and at the bottom of the top earning bracket if that makes sense. But I do live and work. in the South East. I've learned recently that it's all so very dependent on location - I thought my salary at my new job was unreal, until I started paying £1,550 a month in rent. Striking the balance between location and salary seems to be the key should one be in the privileged position to do so. Yep. That's why I commute for 2 hours on the train.

  20. Mooney's inevitable victory here will be a greater achievement than the bint who was 2nd loser with her mums ironing board on the snow.
  21. Way to contemporary for Brain of Britain.
  22. Hmmm political parties as food....lets see Tories - champagne and caviar Labour - for MPs and party officials see above - for members - lancashire hot pot, welsh cakes. Lib Dems - something bland and unispiring - piss weak milky tea. UKIP - Fish and Chips/Full English or Tikka Massala utterly british, none of that foreign muck with a pint of bitter and a fag. SNP - Porridge and Haggis. Whisky Plaid - Rare-bit and phlegm Greens - organic fairtrade free range lentils. Have I missed anyone in the interests of imparitality? where have you been living ? Since 1994 the food of the labour party has also been champagne and caviare That why I said "for MPs and Party Officials see above"
  23. Assuming we are allowed spoilery conjecture here given the posts above here are my takes. 3 surviving Stark children have warging abilities. (Jon Snow, Arya and Bran) + 3 Dragons = Jon and Danny get it on and rule as King and Queen (also fits the family tradition if Jon is 1/2 a Targ) The 3 wargs decimate Kings Landing to sieze the Iron Throne before hading North to fight the Others who are as far south as the Twins having overrun the North killing all before their parth. In the final denoument everyone dies but the Others are also defeated leaving Tyrion as King of the ruins of Westeros.
