Nope.
Why spend £1000 on a piece of kit with a fruit on it which will be obselete in 18 months anyway when you could spend £400 on the same piece of kit, without the fruit only for that to be obselete just as fast.......
Thats what I thought but if that was the case then repairs should be included in the lease cost.
Hmmmm Unless the HP was on a second hand car...... so no warranty?
'Legit' and 'WWE' in the same sentance?!
To defend the honour of the E a bit here, YES a lot of it is stage managed to buggery, YES its often patently ridiculous, but there is an element of technical skill required and they have hoovered up decent wrestlers before. Kurt Angle being the most notable.
I'm not sure where you can go on pictures that you wanted that she hasn't taken...... however it does seem massively unprofessional for her not to do a pre-vist and reccy.
Best I can suggest is that you ask for a hefty discount for the bits she has failed to do for you - and impress upon her that you expect everything to be dealt with as a priority.
That is interesting because I had the opposite impression.
Only 4/16 acts that "sang" on Saturady night managed to complete the full song in tune.
It was pretty shit from start to finish.
I think its also a question of public sympathy.
In years gone by when it was the greengrocers lad in goal, and player wages were remotely sensible there was a feeling of affinity with players and if they'd failed you knew they'd tried.
Its very hard to sympathise with someone earning £100k+ who plays shit and drives home in his Bentley.
The decline in media and public understanding towards our nations abject failures co-incides with the rise of Sky TV and the PL. It is pretty clear from the performances our supposed "World Class" players have put in recent years that they simply don't give a shit enough about playing for Englnad to deserve public support.
Absolutely. Its a question of hassle.
All Agents really do is market your property as widely as possible, make appointments with interested buyers and do the viewings. You are able to do most of this yourself if you want, but its a question of having the time/being arsed.
You'd still need a solicitor for the legal bit....
The problem is "England Team train before next game" won't sell nearly as many copies of The Sun/Mirror/Sport as "England Star's sick twisted animal sex bonanza*"
*I have no proof that this is lies
In reality the media will get a story whatever the results but nothing gets the phone lines ringing/comments pages buzzing/column inches filling than a nice juicy scandal.
^^ If you haven't already bought the car, walk away.
Tell him his attitude stinks and he's lost the sale.
If you have already paid for the car, get the warranty information in writing and if something does go wrong, persue it through Small Claims Court if he fails to pay for repairs.
