Im not clear what the difference is between UA and Macron, except that you (and others) appear to feel that UA is "cooler" and that a change of kit manufactuer is an opportunity to again have a go at the board. Do I trust the board to choose a kit design - yes. We've had some pretty shocking kits under DD's regieme as well. My favourite being the Muller balck,green, red away kit. Its so ugly, you just have to love it. How do you know Macron won't supply "good gear" again, your prejudice based on a name and logo has blinded you. Would you drive a VW? Would you drive a Skoda? I'd drive both, there is no difference, just a different badge with a better historical reputation.......

Except that Ashley for Newcastle has NOT been a bad owner - a PR disaster, but not a bad owner. The Toon are now debt free, with a decent manager and a good squad. He has maximised club revenue wherever possible eg. Carroll sale, stupid stadium naming rights (again bad PR not bad business) The Toon are now a stable top half of the PL club, and the man that they have to thank for that is Fat Mike, whether they like him or not.

Does it matter who makes the **** shirt? As long as it has the club badge on it and is claret and blue, I couldn't give a **** who makes it. The people moaning about the "designer label" are most likely the ones that think dressing head to toe in **insert sportswear manufacturer** here is a display of wealth and status. If we get a decent deal from whoever, they get the shirts delievered on time, it really, really doesn't matter whos logo is sewn into the corner.

I have no respect for Ms Abbott, not simply because of her politics but because she is untouchable.
