  1. But you knew that all of the above were likely when you joined - like any job you were aware of the t&cs. As for Civil Servants (and think VEEERRRRY carefully before you answer  ) what is excessive about what they get?
  2. I think it also depends where you are in the heirarchy - socially and militarily Plenty of ex-Captains and CO's end up in the City and business. An ex-private from Manchester probably doesn't have the same positive outcome as the above example.
  3. Tricky one this...... Do the armed forces get a bit of a bum deal..... yes. I wouldn't fancy some bloke in a turban taking pot shots at me for c.18k a year - I'm far too afraid and fat. BUT that was the deal you signed up to.... it does seem a bit like a Policeman complaining he's fed up of working with criminals. In Mooney's comment yes they should be able to plan for life after the army and the army should support you in doing this. From my (exceedingly limited) view of military life, it seems you and your family are housed at extremely low rents, in the securest places in the nation - so that basic salary is much larger than is publicised. I think INJURED servicemen is a slightly different issue, and the state should do FAR more than it does to support them in their recovery and the change to non military lifestyle.

^^ Brilliant...... apart from the handful of bank notes you'd just givin her Dominique, and the flappy vag, I'm pretty sure there is none. edit - word filter ahoy!! How is c lunge a "special one"
  5. Do you know that to be FACT? Just asking as far as I was aware nothing had been released to say this. Just because a payment was made doesn't mean that he was dismissed. If he had simply resigned why did Lerner agree to pay out before it went to a tribunal? Employment tribunal's can be costly matters for both parties. Unlike other civil cases, employment law means that the losing party is not responsible for the other side's costs and therefore it is sometimes more cost effective to settle pre tribunal. Plus he may have to been owed certain payments, bonuses, etc. Without knowing the full details of MON's contract and the full details of the settlment it is impossible to state either way whether he was dismissed or not. If he was owed bonuses etc. why weren't they paid out when he left the club? Why wait until it's about to go to tribunal to settle? If he bottled it and resigned despite the backing of the owner then surely Lerner wouldn't have a case to answer. You're right, no one really knows what went on because of the confidentiality agreement which was seemingly signed, but to me it looks like he was effectively forced out, rather than being sacked per se. In answer to your question, if you owed one of your employees say £3m in bonus, only for the stroppy little clearing in the woods to piss off 5 days before the start of a 10 month project you were paying him for, leaving you in the shit.... you may be slightly disinclined to pay him the bonus.

Is she prone to blatant lies? Or silliness to throw you off the scent?
  12. Wigg's just as your Missus mate. There really is no need to get Ad involved.
  13. beads? Anal beads Tamuff. Like a pearl necklace (the non cum related sort) but larger.......
  14. I'm sorry - there can be no anger about the casual piss taking. Go out with a stripper and you get abused. That is the rule.
  15. I meant toying of your own sexual partners tradesman's entrance, rather than Ads or Shillzz's Mrs..... Dante's I think will offer it as an "extra" if you insert the correct number of high denomination banknotes into her g-string.

    Top Gear

Also, Cruise and Fassbender could have had some advanced driving training prior to top gear. If you have even a vague interest in performance cars and the cash to buy them, its not unreasonable to suggest you may have had a track day or two.....
  17. Yeah she is. I really like that she is adventurous as there is nothing worse than pestering for sex!!! Yup she is really excited to have sex in a tent with the sound of nature etc. The picnic thing is a chance of getting caught fantasy Just let me know when and where you intend to do it and I'll be there.......
