Of course Randy will invest this Summer, for the same reason we bought Bent last January. He knows if he doesn't, we WILL go down and his investment will be worth **** all. You don't buy a house, gut it and then expect people to pay more for it than you did.

They're only going to go up its not if, its when. Trackers are great but a 1% rise in base rate is going to seriously ruin your day. I'd go fixed for 5 personally, at least you know what you're going to be paying for a long ish time.

If you have your mortgage offer in place and you are ready to go as a first time buyer they'd be **** nuts to let you walk. Go back in £500 over your previous offer and say you like the property but Mrs G likes the one you looked at last night and that you have final.say but the price has to be right. If you BS as well in person as you do on VT you'll be fine mate.

In other news..... apples and oranges are different. That also relies on the massive assumption that the pensioners basic state pension is their sole source of income and doesn't accout for pension credits and the like.

Its the easiest joke in the world though, so loved by some on here. Look at the Tories they've got a few quid..... zzzzz. Its a fairly safe bet most of the Labour front bench benefitted from the reduction in top rate yesterday as well. As for the "Granny Tax" you cant cut what someone hasn't got. Its a reduction in what they WOULD have had, so noone is actually worse off in real terms. They are just not as well off as they thought they would be. Besides the rise in basic state pension will ofset this anyway won't it? :?

I wouldn't say that's prime Lewis myself. He looked at lot more vulnerable at that early stage than he did later. I prefer the later Manny Steward moulded version. Less aggressive, but more effective IMO. Foreman and Tyson have very different styles. It doesn't really work like that. To answer the original question, Ali. He's got all the facets to his game that you need to beat Tyson. Great chin, jab, engine, movement, durability. I'd fancy Ali to stop him late on. May as well close the thread because IMO the VT Boxing authority has spoken.

Nowt. 30minute walk to work. Unless I need the car that day. Probably only chuck £80 a month at the car. Mrs E used nearly 3 times that on her jolly's with Princess E.
