People that work for me, attend training courses. Take the piss for the whole day, learning nothing and piss everyone else off. Until we get to the point where we are getting an average gate of 40k there is no point even thinking about redevelopment/expansion. Id agree the North Stand is a bit of a shed but its not that bad.

Apart from the privilige of being part of a Celtic side that is again spanked out of the Champions League at the Group Stage there really is not much of an arguement for joining Celtic over us. We can offer better global exposure, better pay, a more competitive league, and we're not in Scotland. No brainer.
