My round trip to Villa Park is over 300 miles and the thought of making the trip while Bruce is manager depresses the hell out of me. I will be there Tuesday night as it is what we do but this is going to be a bloody long season. Since he arrived I cannot remember a time when I relished the trip, yet like an idiot I still bought my two season tickets. Bruce is just the latest in a succession of crap managers - when the f*** is the nightmare going to end?

Irrespective of how I feel about Bruce I do not think Xia should be discussing whether we should be playing more young players or not. Managers Manage, Owners don't.

A "balanced view" is acquired over multiple games. On balance I think he is a poor manager.

As ever people make it unnecessarily personal. If he fails so do AVFC so it is a none argument. I don't give a damn who our manager is provided he gets us promoted. Bruce has rarely inspired and as the 'manager' deserves the brickbats for his appalling lack of form and tactics more often than not. If he gets us back in the reckoning great but I only have one God - AVFC. Managers, players, owners come and go - the only thing that is permanent is AVFC

Lerner was a crap businessman and owner yet many fans bigged him up for years because he was a billionaire and spent hundreds of millions. What has Xia done so far? I support AVFC, not the owner, manager or players. They earn respect through achieving success.

Really? "Billionaires" are often fabrications in China and I don't believe he is one - but frankly I don't give a shit whether he is or not. I have plenty of experience of rich Chinese business people - do you? Many are not who they seem, prone to exaggerating their worth and more importantly business skills. Xia's tweet was arrogant and amateur. Xia has actually had a shit start compared to Lerner but as usual some fans cannot accept any criticism. Lerner rightly got slammed for signing crap managers and Xia has seemingly struck out on both his appointments. As for "revelling in undermining the guy" - give it a rest. My comments on a fan forum may piss you and others off but they will have no impact on Xia's ownership.

You think he is amongst the greatest achievers on the planet, whereas I don't and remain highly sceptical. I don't believe in glorifying owners because they have spent money. I will reserve my congratulations for when and if AVFC returns to the PL.

I totally disagree. Serious & professional business owners do not send cryptic tweets. Imho Xia is an amateur and I have never believed the hype that he is the super-smart billionaire businessman that he claims to be.

Xia tweet is frankly pathetic and speaks volumes about his amateurism.
